- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks
